Know an owner whose software is stuck?
Get paid for the intro.
Whether you built their software or spotted that it’s stuck, introduce them to us. They get a team to run it and help it grow. You get 10% of everything they pay us in their first 12 months, starting with their first invoice.
You build the next thing. We take what comes after.
Your week goes to the next build.
Their asks stop being your Tuesday-night texts. Questions, fixes, and new features come to us.
Your client isn’t left on their own.
They get a flat monthly plan, published prices, and a team that answers. Their code, data, and docs stay in their name.
New builds count too.
If they need something built next, we build it, and it counts toward your 10%.
One introduction. We handle the rest.
Introduce us.
One email to Zack with your client copied. That email is the record: the referral is yours.
They start where they are.
Software that already exists starts with an Owner’s Manual: one week, $1,500, six plain-language documents, delivered in Cloudia, where they and our team get the work done. Move ahead within 30 days and the full $1,500 goes toward their Adoption Sprint or Run & Grow. A business that’s outgrown its tools starts with a New Build.
They move to Run & Grow.
One flat monthly number. We keep the software healthy and keep improvements moving, and Cloudia holds the full context of what’s been built.
You get paid.
A share of everything they pay us, every month, for their first year.
10% of their first year. Paid as they pay.
For every client you introduce, you get 10% of everything they pay us in their first 12 months, starting with their first invoice. Paid monthly, after we’re paid. No cap, no quota, and your client pays the same published prices as everyone else.

You’ll know it when an owner says it.
Builders, fractional CMOs, CFOs, and COOs, coaches, and accountants all see a business up close. Sometimes the thing holding it back is the software, or the tools it runs on. Listen for:
They’ve outgrown their tools
- “We run the whole thing on spreadsheets, and they’re breaking.”
- “We bought software off the shelf, and we spend half our time working around it.”
- “AI does pieces of the work, but nothing connects and my team can’t see it.”
They’re stuck on their software
- “Our developer moved on, and nobody else knows how it works.”
- “It’s almost ready to launch, and has been for months.”
- “Somehow I became the project manager for our software.”

Common questions
Who’s a good client to introduce?
A business with customers and revenue that’s hitting the limits of spreadsheets, off-the-shelf tools, or AI experiments. Or custom software that stalled. Plus one person on their side who decides what gets built. If they only need a one-off fix, keep it. That work is yours.
Does my client pay more because I referred them?
No. They pay the same published prices as everyone else. Your share comes out of ours.
What if they only buy the Owner’s Manual?
You get 10% of the Manual. If they move to Run & Grow any time in the 12 months after it, that counts too.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, for each month we’re paid, for their first 12 months. If a client pauses or leaves, your share stops with their payments.
What if my client needs something new built?
We build it, and it counts. New builds, Sprints, and add-ons are all part of what they pay us, so they’re all part of your 10%.
Do I need to be a developer?
No. Builders, advisors, and fractional leaders can all introduce clients.
What if I can’t accept a referral fee?
Some advisors can’t, under their professional rules. Tell us when you make the intro, and we’ll work out what fits.
Stay the hero. We take what comes after.
