This policy explains how Cloudburst Studio Inc. (“Cloudburst Studio,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit cloudburststudio.com or use a mobile or web application we publish (together, the “Services”). If a specific app has its own privacy policy, that policy applies to the app in addition to this one.
Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you contact us, create an account, or submit a form, we receive what you provide: typically a name, email address, and the content of your message. Some apps may ask for additional details needed for their features, such as a display name or preferences.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary by data type: account data lasts as long as your account, and technical logs are typically kept for a shorter period.
Your choices and rights
- Access and deletion. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. If an app supports accounts, you can also request account deletion from within the app or by contacting us.
- Correction. You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of communications. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We honor verified requests as those laws require, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
Analytics and cookies
